The Marina

The summer is growing on us! Some days it’s hot as in Sahara, other days there’s a cold wind sneaking around our legs. Only brave men will wear shorts those days. Or stupid ones…
Soon the town will be crowded with tourists. At daytime they will occupy the beaches – and nights are all for them. Food. Drinks. Laughters and shoutings! More drinks… squawks… perhaps then not being able to find their temporary homes…
In other words – and that goes for all who like to put on their glad rags and party in the light and soft, lovely summer nights – often getting totally plastered…
Oh happy summertime! Strolling home through the empty city, as the dawn turns pink…
